Most banners are made to order. Simply hit the 'Buy This' button under the design you want and once paid, your banner will be sent to our production facility for immediate printing. Generally non-custom orders are shipped within 5-7 days of purchase.
Tail Flashes, Model Decks and Mounted Prints:
Generally non-custom tails, decks and prints usually ship within 5-7 days of purchase. Custom design items will take longer and may involve a design or set-up fee. We will disclose this before you purchase.

We ask that all International customers (+ Hawaii & Alaska), please use the following Order Form when purchasing items so we can factor your shipping fee. We’re confident you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied, please contact us and arrange to return your item within 3 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned (buyers expense) in new condition and we will refund your purchase amount minus a 10% re-stock fee) once it is received.
Refunds only apply to existing designs currently listed in the Design Gallery. Due to design time, all special request design items are non-refundable. However, you will see a design proof prior to printing.
