Q: If I want a banner, what is the turn-around time?
A: Most of our banners are made to order. Once paid, banner orders are sent to production and generally print 5-7 days from the date of purchase and then shipped to the customer immediately. To order, go to the Banner Gallery and click the "Buy This" button under the banner(s) you want... pay via PayPal and we'll get your order going right away.
Q: How much is shipping and do you ship Internationally?
A: Free USPS shipping is included with all orders for addresses in the lower 48 States. Shipping is additional for International orders and we typically ship International 1st Class (8-10 days, no tracking). Customers can upgrade to Priority to add tracking for additional fee. We ask that International customers use our International Order Form so we can determine your shipping cost before you order. Banners are rolled and shipped in a tube or banner box to ensure each is received without folds or creases.
Q: Do you take requests for squadrons not in the Gallery?
A: Yes, we accept requests for all aviation squadron designs not currently shown on our website. Depending on the insignia and the quality of the image we have to work from, there may be a design fee. Customers placing a custom design request must pre-purchase at least one item and pay up front. Q: When will I see a proof of my special request?
A: We are constantly receiving new design requests and try to work on these in the order they are received. Once we start your design, we can generally have a proof to you within 2-5 days.
Q: Can you explain your design process?
A: Large-format printing requires a very hi-resolution file. Anything not properly formatted will simply degenerate into a pixel/blurry mess. The key is to begin with a good quality insignia and while we have a good selection, we certainly don't have them all. For special request designs, we may need you to supply us with a jpg, pdf or some other image if we don't have your squadron on file.
Q: Are all banners 3' x 4' or can I get a custom size?
A: While our standard banner size is 3’ x 4’, we can produce banners to any size you need. Our production facility does large format printing for local NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL stadiums and arenas so very large applications are not a problem. Likewise, we can produce smaller banners, however for production purposes, our lowest price is the same as our standard 3’ x 4’ banner. Poster prints are suggested for smaller sizes. When inquiring about your banner, please be sure to specify if you want a larger size so we can provide a quote.
Q: How do I place a group order?
A: Generally, one person will act as the group liaison for all communication during the design and order process. Once we have a proof completed, it will be sent to the liaison who will then share the proof with the group so members can see exactly what they are purchasing. Once the design is approved, we will determine a mutual order deadline for the group whereby all payments are paid via our PayPal account. We will then print the entire group order within 3-5 days of all payments.
Q: How are group orders shipped?
A: For cost reasons, we will ship all group orders to the attention of the liaison for distribution. However if this is not possible for your group, we will also ship group orders individually as well..
Q: What is Your Return Policy?
A: We’re confident you will be delighted with your purchase.
However if you are not satisfied, please contact us and arrange
to return your item within 3 days of receipt for a refund. Items
must be returned (buyers expense) in new condition and we
will refund your purchase amount minus a 10% re-stock fee)
once received.
Refunds only apply to existing designs currently shown on
the pages of this website. Due to design time, all special
request designs are non-refundable with the exception
of a production defect. However, you will see a design
proof prior to printing.
